This blog is meant to document the exploits of my landlord, Jim Khorge, at the property of 934 Shotwell. Although I have heard of much worse landlords, Jim's disregard for his tenants rights is pretty amazing. I'll be posting as regular as possible to note the many small and large ways he breaches basic landlord/tenant rules and regulations.

Paint II
I have a camera if needed to document disposal of paint... Best source for info about disposal of paint should be some government agency... I'l spend some time doing research about the paint issue...I'l also try to contact Mariana Virturro...
